The Raider wrestling team defeated Ionia Wednesday night 51-21.  The win moved Portland to a 3-0 league record creating a showdown with top state ranked Eaton Rapids next week. The Raider wrestlers won 12 of 14 individual matches in defeating Williamston 65-9. The win gives Portland a 2-0 record in the CAAC. The freshmen boys basketball team beat Lansing Christian 55-25 to improve to 3-0.  Nice games from Kurt Kraczon with 8 points and Alex Russman helping on the defensive side with 6 rebounds and 4 points. Hunter Morris also added a spark on the offensive end with 4 assists and 3 points.
