Boys Freshmen Basketball Gets Two More Wins

The freshman boys basketball won two games this week beating Charlotte 37-23 and Ionia 35-26 to improve to 7-3. Good team efforts in both games with Grant Ruddy and Skiburne Buckland leading the way against Charlotte. Then against Ionia, Trevor Williams and Luke Nobis led the way offensively with Landon Rodriguez cleaning up the boards. 

The freshman boys basketball team beat Williamston 62-48 to improve to 5-3 on the year. Nice games by Grant Ruddy with 18 and Luke Nobis with 14 points with solid team defensive effort. Boys basketball hosts a triple header here vs Charlotte on Tuesday.

Both the freshmen and JV boys basketball teams have started out the season with back to back victories after beating Ionia last night. The freshman won 34-31. The Freshman basketball team finished the season off strong with two more wins. First a win over Olivet 54-31. Second was a win over Mason 51-32. Great team efforts by everyone offensively and defensively. A great season for the boys finishing 14-6.
